'Fort Panic' is located in Santa Rosa Beach on C30A approximately four miles from Sandestin and the outlet malls and 14 miles from Destin. The address is 53 Fort Panic Road, Dune Allen Beach Florida 32459. Take advantage of 77 feet of your own private beach with endless panoramic views. Relax outdoors on the HUGE open deck, or enjoy the same view on the lower covered deck.

The expansive living room with its wall of windows is complimented by a large kitchen with a extra long breakfast bar - perfect for family gatherings. There are three bedrooms and two baths. There is a ramp in addition to steps. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds that are among the best in sleeping comfort! The third bedroom is perfect for adults or children with a double/twin bunk bed and a twin bed. This room has an entertainment center with a TV, DVD, and VCR... This is great for kids to have their own space. There are four TVS, two DVDs, and one VCR. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area and two outside showers.

'Fort Panic' has been a special place for our family, and we hope it will become a special place for you too!

We love this place! It is a beautiful beach house on a beautiful beach. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed,and located on a lovely stretch of beach, Fort Panic is a gem!

Our amazing week at the beach

We absolutely loved this place. We have had previous friends stay here and it came highly recommended. It was extremely well-equipped for being away from home. Anything you thought you might need, they had it. My only complaint was not with the house, but the fact that we had seaweed wash up every night and there was no way to have it cleaned. They apparently don't have a service that does it. This is not the house's fault though. We just scraped away a little clearing for us.

Breathtaking!

I highly recommend vacationing here at Fort Panic. As soon as we pulled into the driveway and saw the house I was impressed. Then when I walked out onto the back deck and saw the breathtaking view I could not stop smiling! The pictures do not do it justice. It went beyond my expectations. I've stayed in several Destin areas but loved this one the most. It is secluded in its own little community but minutes from shopping, area attractions and dining. We will return to Fort Panic and this beautiful haven of South Walton Beaches!

So comfortable! Everything you need to enjoy this part of FL. Kitchen is fully equiped to cook your own local seafood ( either catch it out front or purchase at one of several local seafood marts). Convenient to shopping, resturants. Bike lane on the roads, golf nearby. What more could you ask for? ? ?

An absolutely wonderful get-away. Sun rise off the deck to the left, Sun set off to the right. Schools of fish visible in the late morning sun. Down the back stairs and your on the beach for morning or afternoon strolls. The water was a little chilly for swimming in December. We enjoyed most meals on the deck, no need to eat out with the abundance of kitchen amenities; pots, pans, colanders, utensils, BBQ grill and more. Photos appear to be current but they fall short in revealing the spacious kitchen and family area. Close, 10 minutes, to tourist centers, Watercolor and Seaside if that is your thing. Close, 15 minutes, to Destin if not. Next time I will rent bicycles for the week instead of just one day. We thoroughly enjoyed the 'at-home' atmosphere of "Fort Panic" and believe you will too.
