Our guests return year after year because our newly-renovated villa is a quiet, luxurious sanctuary. It has unsurpassed views of the meandering creek, the saltwater marsh, and out to the dunes and ocean beyond. Not only are the views exceptional, but the bird, marine and animal life is abundant, from heron to otters to dolphins fishing in the creek. The large windows, vaulted ceilings and sunroom let in not just light, but all the sounds of the surrounding nature. The villa is fully furnished and equipped, including state-of-the-art kitchen, 40' lcd tv with surround sound, WiFi, DVD player and stereo, telephone, central heat and air, ceiling fans and a washing machine and dryer. Linens are included. This is our home away from home. To keep it that way, we restrict our number of rentals to 10 guests per year, most of whom have been returning regularly. However, we enjoy opening our home to new guests, and hope that they, too, will appreciate our home as much as we do.

There is a quiet swimming pool next door and the wide, pristine beach is a quick bike ride away. First class golf and excellent tennis facilities are also within easy biking distance. Lovely Kiawah Island, famous for its golf courses, is co-located for easy recreational access. If this isn't enough, and for the occasional rainy day, lovely, historic Charleston offers countless cultural, culinary and shopping possibilities. You will not be bored!

  • $1250-1495/week
  • Rates include state taxes. We request a $125 cleaning fee, as well as a $350 damage deposit, to be refunded upon departure inspection. We do not accept credit cards.
  • A deposit of 50% is required to reserve property, with the balance due one week prior to arrival. The deposit is fully refundable outside of 30 days prior to arrival date.

Atmosphere: Seabrook Island blends the beauty and tranquility of the sea islands with the amenities and services provided by a premier resort community. At Seabrook development has taken a back seat to the preservation of trees, marshes, and those lovely aspects of nature that give the community a feeling of spaciousness, dignity and grace. There are only a few places where the world rarely intrudes. One of them is Seabrook Island. Edged by wide, uncrowded beaches and pristine dunes along the South Carolina coast, Seabrook is a private island resort.

Golf, tennis and much, much more: Do you love to play golf? Tennis? Run on the beach? Horseback ride? Bike? Kayak? Or perhaps just go for a sunset stroll? You can do all of that and more by either just walking out the front door, hopping on your bike, or going for a short drive. Seabrook is the perfect venue to enjoy true outdoor fitness and leisure. Seabrook and nearby Kiawah island boast numerous world-class golf courses. Seabrook has lovely clay tennis courts, an equestrian center and miles of safe, scenic biking for the entire family.

Culture: Charleston is full of museums, plantations, guided tours, and other cultural opportunities. One of the most famous is the 17-day Spoleto Arts Festival, held in late May and early June, which features over 100 performances by artists from around the world. You have a lovely home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. After a few days, we learned to spot the dolphins in the creek!
