Stay in our Immaculate beach house that is only a 10 minute walk to the beach! This 5 bedroom house has two full baths , one on each floor. The upstairs bedrooms have newly installed ceiling fans! whereas the two downstairs bedrooms are always cool due to the design of the home. Large deck with trek, not wood, so you don't have to worry about getting any splinters when you are barefoot! Bonus** Outdoor hot/cold shower with private enclosure!!! Private and spacious backyard. Totally new Italian tile flooring in kitchen and eating area as well as downstairs foyer area. Hardwood floor so low allergen. Excellent lounge or kid space both on 1st and 2nd floors. Fully applianced kitchen with many updates. Cable television, wireless internet access. This home is always clean ,well-kept, and maintained because the owner lives nearby and stays in the house a few weeks in the summer, and takes care of it! It is not just a rental ! It is a home! You will love it!!!
