5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 10

Beautiful contemporary beach house is only a 10 minute walk to the beach! There are 5 bedrooms with full-size beds in all of them. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have sliding glass doors leading out to private decks. There is also a deck that wraps around the house where we have outdoor furniture so you can enjoy your meals outside and take advantage of the gas grill that we have for your use! Enjoy the yard - plenty of space for picnics and for the kids to run around! There are two full size bathrooms with new tubs, new vanities with granite countertops and new tile flooring! The sofas in the living room are also new as well as the oak floor. The owner stays in the house a few weeks in the summer and lives nearby Rhode Island so this house is well-kept! It is immaculate!!
