Rain or shine there is lots to do. Take the ferry to Nantucket for the day or night to shop, visit and eat; then be glad you can get away from the madness and crowds and come back to Wianno. Play golf on hundreds of challenging courses, catch bluefish or crabs; grill steaks in the back garden or eat a 1st class meal in Osterville village. Sail, surf, ski behind your boat.   • Pets restricted, $500 pet security fee required in addition to $500 security deposit for renter.
    Linens are $5. per person per day charge
    Cleaning fee $125 pr.week required minimum, may be more depending on number of guest using house. If pet allowed, there is an addition $150 cleaning fee charged.
    Security deposit may be more depending on number of guests at house. Linens and Cleaning will be deducted from security deposit.
    Payment in full due 60 days prior to start date
    50% Cancellation fee 31 days prior to start date
    No refund after 30 days prior to start date
    Credit check required for each person on lease

  • Classic Williamsburg Colonial design, 2009 interior functionality. Every room has a bright airy feel with high ceilings, clean new wide board floors, central a/c, gas multi-zoned heat, fireplace, custom windows, California Closets,all new bathrooms with large showers and bathtubs. Each room has a ceiling fan to push the sea breezes throughout the house and multivents to keep you toasty in the winter months. We hardly ever use the A/C because the breezy air from Nantucket sound is refreshing enough. House is equipped with luxury sheets, towels and beach towels for a nominal fee. Baby crib is available. Bikes and extra childcare equipment is best rented locally, house bikes are older model. Our housekeeper can be employed to clean weekly, change and launder linens and assit with any additional needs with entertainment or babysitting. The neighborhood is friendly, yet private with year round residents & good walks to the 'cut', along Seaview or into town an easy way to exercise and relax
