- House was completely rebuilt last year. Every room has a bright airy feel with high ceilings, clean new wide board floors, air conditioning, custom windows, California Closets with top of the line new bathrooms. Each room has a ceiling fan to push the sea breezes throughout the house. We hardly ever need the A/C because the sea air is so refreshing. As usual sheets, towels and beach towels are not included. These are available for each guest for a surcharge and our sheets and towels are new, plush and premium quality. Baby crib is available. There is a local rental service if you need bikes, strollers, etc.

Sit on the floor and do a 5000 piece puzzle, bike uptown for an ice cream, fish off the beach for blues and bring your catch home to grill for supper. As the evening light turns to a quiet gold, open a bottle of wine and watch the sunset or oversee your kids, or guests trying to net a frog or goldfish in the pond. Life is good; you deserve this.
Golf: Golf is everywhere. There are fabulous courses open to the public at nominal charges. Each one offers a different experience: holes with gorgeous ocean vistas, killer holes over water, marshes, etc. There is plenty to do nearby in case your spouse isn't a golfer. Everything is easy to get to and often has no wait.
