Fabulous and famous pond front estate. Pale yellow home, multicolored gardens, fish and frogs. All new inside. Large rooms (doubles/triples) open entertainment areas inside and out for kids and adults. All new appliances, HDTV, new kitchen. Beach is across the street, private access to Eel Riv, and everything in walk/ bike distance you can really relax. Golf (great public courses nearby) tennis (free courts), boating, shopping, good restaurants, and great ice cream are right here. Wide beach, privacy (1+ac), sea breeze, A/C, private pond, 4/5 bedrooms, 3 baths. Beach pass included. Nantucket/MV ferry 15 mins away-for day trips/shopping.
Teens, kids, parents, friends all have their own spaces. H/C outdoor showers to rinse off the sand/ salt. Great fishing, boating, antiques, shops, Nantucket/ MV ferry 15mins away. Boston 1.5 hrs; NYC 4 hrs by car; Hyannis airport 10 minutes. Gourmet foods, wine, grocery nearby.

Rain or shine there is lots to do. Take the ferry to Nantucket for the day or night to shop, visit and eat; then be glad you can get away from the madness and crowds and come back to Wianno. Play golf on hundreds of challenging courses, catch bluefish or crabs; grill steaks in the back garden or eat a 1st class meal in Osterville village. Sail, surf, ski behind your boat. Take a watercolor class, or learn to make a Nantucket basket. Go gliding with your kids and soar over the house, the sound and the fairway with only the wind's noise. Relax in the sun, play tennis or just sit and read a book in the hammock. There is just so much to do!

- House was completely rebuilt last year. Every room has a bright airy feel with high ceilings, clean new wide board floors, air conditioning, custom windows, California Closets with top of the line new bathrooms. Each room has a ceiling fan to push the sea breezes throughout the house. We hardly ever need the A/C because the sea air is so refreshing. As usual sheets, towels and beach towels are not included. These are available for each guest for a surcharge and our sheets and towels are new, plush and premium quality. Baby crib is available. There is a local rental service if you need bikes, strollers, etc.

Sit on the floor and do a 5000 piece puzzle, bike uptown for an ice cream, fish off the beach for blues and bring your catch home to grill for supper. As the evening light turns to a quiet gold, open a bottle of wine and watch the sunset or oversee your kids, or guests trying to net a frog or goldfish in the pond. Life is good; you deserve this.
Golf: Golf is everywhere. There are fabulous courses open to the public at nominal charges. Each one offers a different experience: holes with gorgeous ocean vistas, killer holes over water, marshes, etc. There is plenty to do nearby in case your spouse isn't a golfer. Everything is easy to get to and often has no wait.
