Sleeping 2 - 9 people in comfort let the Ferguson House provide vacation lodging for your mountain escape. We will adjust the daily, weekly and monthly rates according to the number of bedrooms required. The rates listed here are for a full house rental that includes 4 bedrooms.

We are open year round and conveniently located on the valley floor providing easy access winter, spring, summer and fall. We are 7 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway which will take you to the Great Smoky Mountain Park, Gatlinburg and Cherokee. We are motorcycle friendly with paved streets, covered parking, 2 miles from Wheels Through Time Museum and just yards away from riding! We are 1 mile from the Maggie Valley Country Club for golf, tennis and swimming. We are 7 miles from Cataloochee Ski and 5 miles from Tony's Tubing. Ghost Town which is opening this summer is just 5 miles away. We have discount tickets available for daily visits to the Biltmore Estate in Asheville.

About Beth Brown

Ken is in software sales and Beth is a professional photographer. Both enjoy riding their Harley Davidson motorcycles, exploring the great area that they call home, reading and relaxing and spending time with family & friends. They have three dogs; Charlie, Heidi and Oscar and the 'shop' cat Kooble. They are involved in the community with the local Chambers and with their church & choir. They enjoy frequenting the local restaurants and participating in local activities. If you are new to the area they would enjoy sharing their knowledge of the things to do, see and eat while you are here visiting!

Why Beth Brown chose Maggie Valley

Ken & Beth are originally from Ohio but were drawn to Western North Carolina for the beauty of the area and the people. Over 12 years ago they purchased their 2nd home in Waynesville and began traveling here once a month for a weekend get away. They loved it so much they decided they wanted to be here sooner than later. They found the current property that included a four-bedroom home plus two outbuildings. One became Beth's photography studio and the other Ken's 'home' office. After much blood, sweat and tears the four-bedroom home was converted into a beautifully remodeled and updated, vacation rental. The interior of the Ferguson House has that warm, rustic feeling with knotty pine walls and hardwood floors. The home is incredibly comfortable with beautiful furnishings that give it a 'custom designer' touch. We are so pleased at the transformation that this once average home became. This home is so special. Everything is just perfect. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and we will absolutely be making a return trip. The owners are terrific! Thank you so much for such a great getaway weekend for family.

Thank you so much for making your house our "home" while staying in Maggie. Our experience while staying here will be memories that will last a life time. This was our 7th year coming to Maggie but our 1st year staying in a place that felt like home. My daughter brought her clogging team for the 1st time and was an experience they will never forget . From clogging and getting 1st place to hiking up the mountain, taking lots of pictures to having a cook out and enjoying making memories by the fire. Thank you for making a lot of "first" happen and doing it in such a way we will never forget. We look forward to next year and continuing with making more memories in the Ferguson House. Thank you!

We had such an awesome gathering for Thanksgiving. We celebrated Mom's 86th B-Day and Thanksgiving. It was the perfect place for us to gather as a family. Thank you very much. We enjoyed the house and our time here. The house is very well kept and everything works, which you don't often find in vacation rental homes. We came up to ski the weekend and that we did. We had a great time and the house is wonderful.
