Beautiful 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, fishing, hiking in National Forest wilderness area, biking, horseback riding or just relaxing. Location: 24 miles from Las Vegas, 80 miles from Santa Fe, 45 miles from Taos. Altitude is just over 7,000 feet. Open May - October.

Additional information about rental rates

Pay one half of the base rate at the time of reservation to hold your requested dates. Pay the remaining half of the base rate plus the cleaning fee and the security deposit approximately 2 weeks prior to your stay. Security deposit should be a separate check - will be torn up following a report by the cleaning crew that everything is in order.
Fees And Taxes No additional taxes and fees are due. Cleaning fee of $175 per stay. Security/damage deposit of $250 required before your stay.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

This is our second year staying here. Great place to just relax and play some golf. I would recommend this place anytime to anyone wanting to just get away for the weekend. Golfing was awesome and to know you can come back and relax in your own place even better. All the accommadations of home. Easy to clean up and just all around a great place.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Romantic Getaway
