The villa is particularly well suited for two families or for those travelling with a nanny or grandparents. There are alarms fitted to the patio doors, which sound when open. It is thoughtfully furnished and versatile with plenty of space to accommodate larger parties. Laundry facilities are provided in a separate air conditioned utility room and include a super sized washing machine and tumble dryer (which means get the laundry done before travelling home, unpack your suitcases when you get back and put all your clean clothes in the drawers or wardrobe whilst reminiscing what you were doing two weeks previous). The home provides a peaceful haven to return to after the hustle and bustle of a day out at the parks. Alternatively it is a relaxing base for lazing around the pool or soaking up the therapy of the deep jacuzzi. Inside activities include a POOL TABLE and for the children (or some adults)a playstation 2.

Crescent Lakes’ is situated on Poiciana Boulevard south of the main 192 highway of Kissimmee within 20 minutes of all the main attractions and specialised shopping malls. It is very well positioned for Restaurants or fast food services. For younger ages there is a petting farm and for those who choose to be adventurous there is horse ridding near by.
