Cape (major renovation completed) with a max. occupancy of 8 - 10 located on dead end dirt road less than 150 yards to Roycroft Beach with Wifi Internet access; 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room , fireplace, TV and ceiling fan, dining room/family room with TV/DVD, kitchen with dishwasher, new cabinets and granite counter. Nice private back yard - great for young children; New Master bedroom on 2nd floor has queen size bed with sitting area containing a queen sleep sofa and TV with large bath, 2nd bedroom on first floor has 2 bunk beds (4 twins); 3rd bedroom has a qeen bed. Amenities include washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, 2 color/cable TV's, 2 VCR/DVDs, fireplace, ceiling fan, deck, porch, 3 outdoor picnic tables, outdoor shower, and gas grill; no pets, no smoking; $250 security deposit.

This home was in the perfect spot. I brought 4 teenagers and they were able to just walk to the beach. There is also a great ice cream spot within walking distance called Sundae School. The home is immaculate and the owner very helpful with questions. We are already thinking about returning!

Perfect location

The location of this home is perfect! It is a very short walk to the beach. We were able to just walk back for lunch rather than packing up the cooler before leaving for the beach. We enjoyed eating dinner out on the deck and our little ones had fun in the back yard. We would definately return again!
