Folly Beach Vacation Rental house

Bed set up : 1 king master suit with spa like bathroom jacizzi tub ,large double shower. Door to upper deck Bed 2+3 both queens share a beautifully tiled bathroom with custom vanity .One of these bedrooms overlooks upper deck and sea beyond .Views of the sea from upstairs deck ,landing and 2nd bedroom (queen bed faces ocean) 4th queen size bedroom suite downstairs off hallway and private door out on to loggia /screened porch. There are 2 full size futons in living room off foyer area ,however this is not intended to load more people into house rather help you with sleeping arrangements .This area is open plan with rest of downstairs Remember you will be singing contract that max no of people staying house are 10 . There is plenty of parking in front of and behind house both in and out of garage .

Rules: This is a non-party house. This is a non smoking house. This is an amazing house for the discerning guest We go to great lengths to have it in great condition for each guest. We have had wonderful guests our first season all but one vowing to return. The problem with the one? They loved our house but hated Folly! Folly is not and hopefully never will be the cookie cutter perfect golf community these people wanted. It is an old fashioned beach resort. It has a village-like feel with some shacks (that are worth $500.000) and some amazing new homes, and people who go to Folly are passionate to preserve it, warts and all. To some of us it feel like a beach resort should, laid back casual, beachy, a pier, fishing, boating, good food and fun, all in a fairly quiet place minutes to Charleston. Read through our guest comments and see what others felt about it too .

Extra notes : Follys Beach was replenished in 2006 and 2007 and is looking great. Lots of big open beach to have fun on. Most of the beaches in South Carolina are getting smaller, so thank you City of Folly for working hard to give us this amazing beach. Folly is having a 'village makeover.' We are getting all sorts of new restaurants. Folly is better than ever--more old houses being restored, lots of new ones being built, there is a feeling of energy in this town despite its laid back atmosphere. Come see for yourself!!
