Nestled on a mountainside, this newly constructed beautifully landscaped gated community boasts many amenities including overnight security. Our rental offers you a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area, a comfortable living room with a bar to mix your favorite drinks. Can accommodate up to 6 single adults or 2 couples with 4-6 children. Take the spiral stairs to heaven and enjoy privacy on the spacious rooftop veranda & patio. A BBQ grill, wet bar, refrigerator and patio furniture are provided for your retreat from a day at the beach or salvaging a rainy day. Take in the picturesque panoramic view of the countryside or the mountain peaks of the nearby rain forest. Experience the stunning sunrise & sunsets then listen for the whistling tree frogs begin their serenade.

There's not much point in repeating all the positive comments that are already displayed. We concur completely. The condo is very well equipped and clean & tidy. It is 55 Km to San Juan so you definitely need a car to get about. Otherwise, you simply cannot go wrong.

I work for the City Of New York in a very demanding field, and the stress levels can some times be too much, we vacationed here early last year and found every amenity we had at home. The sundeck was my way of getting up every morning and greeting the early Caribbean sun. The scenery was breath taking looking over the complex one can feel like your on top of world. we were provided with a book of attractions and best places to visit which made the vacation all the better. at night standing on the sun deck one can only stare with amazement at the clear night sky opening to the best view of the stars i have ever seen. I can honestly say that I sincerely felt I was home away from home. Jose & Diana

PERFECT!!! This is the best place to stay in the area. Mr. Rio and his wife have done an excellent job of thinking of everything you might need. The condo was in an excellent location for exploring Culebra and El Yunque. We also took a kayaking tour in the bio bay close by. Thanks for making our trip perfect!
