Main Level:
Within the main living area there are three bedrooms and two baths, including a master suite with a walk-in closet, raised ceiling, full bath and a door to the deck. There is even a digital telescope to view the evening sky from the deck. The main living area contains cathedral ceilings, wood flooring and a floor-to-ceiling gas stone fireplace. There is luxurious seating and an open view to the lake. Kick back and enjoy the cable television complete with a DVD, VCR and wireless headphones. The spacious kitchen has a pantry and breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas burners and oven, built-in microwave, large side by side refrigerator freezer with icemaker and ice/water dispenser. All kitchen utensils and amenities are provided. Off the kitchen is the screened-in porch overlooking the lake with comfortable wicker furniture and a gas barbecue. For your convenience there is wireless high speed Internet available throughout the house. Long distance calls are free!
Lower Level:
The lower level of the home contains two very spacious bedrooms, two full baths and another common living area with a stone gas fireplace. There are lots of windows for light and to look out at the lake. Enjoy playing on the electric piano, try a game of foosball or sit down at the computer center with hi speed internet and printer. Relax on one of the two leather recliners and watch TV or play some PS2. Use the stationary bike or sit down at the game table and enjoy all the games we provide. Head on into the movie theatre with actual tiered theatre seating, 7.1 surround sound, DVD, a Blu Ray PlayStation 3 and movie library. We provide a wide variety of PS2 & PS3 games. For your pleasure there is every movie channel & HDTV with movies on demand at no charge to you. Here you will find a full-size arcade pinball machine as well. The kids will enjoy all the toys and kids' video library. There is also a kitchenette/bar area, full-size refrigerator/freezer and hi capacity laundry area
Outside:
The home is located in a quiet cove , perfect for fishing and swimming. A large cement driveway and 2 parking areas offer ample parking for cars and watercraft. Enjoy playing on the basketball court or horseshoe pits. There is a sandy beach area for the kids to play and swim or to layout and take in some sun. A canoe and two kayaks are there for your use as well. Enjoy the beautiful new gazebo with a bench to swing on or benches and a table to play games. The large yard has a gentle slope, allowing easy access for the elderly. There is a picnic table located in the yard by the lake. The covered dock has a large deck and bench to sit and watch the boats go by. Several public boat ramps are located close by. You may access life jackets of all sizes within the bin on the deck. There are beach and lounge chairs and plenty of water noodles and floats. The deck has a swimming ladder to easily get in and out of the water. You will not find a cleaner, clearer lake than Lake Keowee!
