This beach is a sandy beach with mild to moderate surf, which makes it great for families. The large yard is perfect for summer BBQs, volleyball and other outdoor games. Escape the summer city heat and enjoy the cool summer breezes moving in off the ocean. The quaint size of this cottage makes your summer family getaway reminiscent of a time long gone by. This adorable summer home has a fully equipped eat in kitchen, living room with flat screen television, new comfortable furnishings, outdoor after swim shower, patio with gas grill, deck furniture, lounge chairs, and an enclosed porch. This house located at 7 Greenbrier Rd., can sleep a maximum of 4 people.

Cozy and Quiet Cottage

I just returned from staying at this cottage for 3 nights with my family. We had a great time and the cottage looked just like it is represented in the photos. It is not a huge space, but the 4 of us found it to be more than adequate. The yard is huge and the proximity to the beach is fantastic. The cottage was extremely clean and the kitchen was great for cooking in. All in all, a great getaway!

Location! Location! Location! We had a great time at the cozy cottage and could not have asked for a better location! Many rentals claim they are within walking distance to the beach, but this one REALLY is! We were so close to the beach that we actually went back to the cottage for lunch, then right back to the beach. It was so great not to have to pack so much to bring on the beach.

Amazing! This is the perfect place for a family vacation. We have a 3 year old and a 7 mos old - it was great. We loved going to the beach everyday and coming home all sandy and rinsing off in the outdoor shower. The outdoor area is a lovely place to be in nice weather. Our 3 year old loved the bunk bed! None of us wanted to leave and we all hope to go back next year.

This very clean cottage offered everything we were looking for...close walk to beach, large yard for play, comfortable beds, outdoor shower, and great outdoor eating
