2012 Christmas in Hilton Head

My daughter and I spent Christmas 2012 in Jim's villa, and could not have been more pleased. Often, pictures on the internet do not clearly match and identify the rental property. In this case. pictures do not come close to how nice this villa is. From the beginning, Jim was always quick to respond to my inquiries, and showed a genuine interest in providing information about the villa and the amenities included. The villa was larger than we anticipated and is in 3 connecting sections (bedroom, bath and patio on each side) with a common area in the middle (livingroom, dining area, kitchen and another bath.) The master bedroom patio overlooks the pool, and although the floorplan is open, each section is very private. It was very clean, quiet and modern and Jim supplies everything from towels to laundry detergent (stackable washer/dryer in one of the bathrooms.) We took advantage of the free tennis, and the beach is less than 2 minutes from the front door! We were lucky and parked directly under the villa, but there was plenty of available parking by the villa. The community is secure and gated and safety for two women alone was never an issue. Our stay here felt like home, only better since we were near the beach in Hilton Head! Not only would I recommend this villa, but I hope to be Jim's guest again in the near future!
