This beautiful professionally decorated townhome was recently the 'model home' for the 'Canal Landing' development. There are lots of windows since it is the end unit. Two master bedrooms with baths make this a perfect beach rental for two families or extended family. The first floor master has a private patio and the 3rd floor master has vaulted ceilings and a private deck. The screened porch deck on the main level is great for evenings and breakfast. The masters have large TVs and DVD players. The main floor has a huge sectional for watching movies on the 52 inch screen HDTV! The marble gas fireplace will keep you comfortable on those cooler nights. Three of the four bedrooms have large walk-in closets! Kids (or a third family) will love the fourth floor loft bedroom/entertainment room. This room has can sleep four and is a getaway for kids to watch their own TV/ movies with their own entertainment center plus video games! The gourmet kitchen boasts all modern amenities.

The Canal Landing development, where this townhome is located, is just 5-6 blocks from the beach and off of the main street to the beach called Rehoboth Avenue. Stroll this street and shop at the quaint shops along the way to the beach/boardwalk, or have Dad drop the little kids off at the beach and walk/ride a bike down himself. You are 100 ft from an excellent Italian bakery or 'the' place to eat breakfast in Rehoboth, 'Crystal Diner.' You are literally minutes from major name outlet centers with tax-free shopping! Kids will love the water parks and mini golf that is nearby (within blocks)! Of course, let's not leave out the many excellent casual/fine dining restaurants that Rehoboth is known for. The boardwalk is fun for kids and adults!

This awesome townhome was everything that the owner stated and more. It is in a great location, very close to all activities in downtown Rehoboth Beach. It is well maintained. The beds were as comfortable as mine is at home, and that is saying a lot. I will totally rent this again and would reccomed it highly. Also the owner is very pleasant to deal with. This house is a FIVE star.
Owner's Response: Thank you for your kind words! Having the highest standard for furnishings, decorations and amenities was our main goal. We didn't want our guests to give up any of the comforts and luxuries of home! Our guests have enjoyed and respected our lovely home, and for that we thank you all!

GREAT RENTAL

This is our second time staying at this home. We really love staying there especially because of the pool and we have EVERYTHING we need there. It is truly like our home away from home. The bedrooms are spacious with large closets and 3 and 1/2 baths is fabulous for our crowd. The entry area to leave our sandy items and Washer/Dryer are a bonus. We like the fact that the home is away from all the hussle bussle BUT not too far away that we can't walk to the boardwalk and other locations. If your not into walking, there is always the trolley or drive and pay to park. We were a little dissapointed that it hasn't been repainted (which it could use) in three years. Sadly it is starting to look worn due to misuse by tenants. The kitchen, dining and living area have a great open setting making our dining times that much more special. We save hundreds of dollars by making most meals and only dining out once in a while. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting the owners, but truly appreciate that they have made this rental a "home" not just a rental and that they were gracious to share their home for us to enjoy. We will book this home again. Our grandchildren think this is OUR beach house and occasionally ask when we are going to go back.... ;) soon I tell them!

Home away from Home

Our volleyball group as been staying here for a few years now - twice in one year on several occassions. We love it. It's a great way for the whole group to be together and we have considered it our home away from home now.

We try to book every May and Sept if we can.

The owners are great and very accommodating for our group.

Fanatastic Property!

Nestled in a secure community with a beautiful pool, this townhouse is perfect for a large family or multiple families, given that there are plenty of br and BA! My wife and I especially appreciated the large top floor master br, complete with its own balcony and HUGE bathroom! We were stunned at how immaculate and well-kept the townhouse was when we arrived - it has that "brand new" feel and smell to it. The bonus: a short 5 minute casual walk to downtown Rehoboth's main strip. Suggestion: go to Cape Henlopen for a more private, cleaner, less stony beach. LOVED THE PROPERTY!

My wife and and I chose to make this a "home", not just a rental property, by furnishing, decorating, and equipping it as if it was our primary home. When people go on vacation, they want to be in a home of equal or better quality than their primary home, and that`s what we wanted to provide! Enjoy!
