It is a four bedroom, two and one half bath property that has been completely restored and updated to like new condition for 2009. This home is tastefully decorated and a truly unique antique home with nearly every amenity for a comfortable vacation including central AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cable TV (includes NESN), with VCR & DVD, highspeed internet access, enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, and a spacious yard with a generous patio area and picturesque wraparound porch with furniture. Linens, bath towels and beach towels are included.
