Private, secluded Log Home in New Hampshire's Lakes Region. This home is in a Private Association, which provides access to a 600 ft private sandy beach on crystal clear, Halfmoon Lake, with large shallow area ideal for young children. The private waterfront beach includes a swim raft, boat moorings, row boat, canoe, 20 beach setups (table, umbrella and lounge chairs) as well as volleyball, horseshoes and a trail along the brook. There is good fishing on the brook and lake. This fabulous house includes two car garage and large Pellet stove all in a unique and extremely spacious Log Home style. Great home for entertaining. Enjoy the wooded views from the private deck for year-round recreation and relaxation.

There is snow mobile trails and cross country skiing nearby as well. Enjoy the winter season outdoors or just cozy up next to the Wood Stove with a good book. Twenty minutes to Gunstock, Mt Major, and Wolfeboro (the oldest Summer resort in America). Alton Bay is the southern tip of Lake Winnipesaukee -where you can ride on the 'Mt. Washington' in the Summer or try some ice fishing in the Winter.

Golf (Rugged Mt, Mt Sunapee), shopping - Tilton, Concord, North Conway and Freeport, Maine (two hours). Manchester Airport and Rt 93 ski areas are an hour drive. Close to White Mountains, Weirs Beach, and NH International Speedway.

Other Activities: Snow Tubing at Gunstock Mountain, fifteen minute ride
