This roomy condo is situated at the cross-roads of the popular Franconia Notch Parkway and the Kancamagus Scenic Byway in the Lincoln-Woodstock area. The condo is quiet and private, yet within minutes of many attractions. It is encircled by the 770,000 acre White Mountain National Forest with all its hiking, fishing, bike riding trails and natural scenery and golf courses. Winter brings downhill skiing at Loon and Cannon Mountains as well as networks of cross-country and snowmobile trails. The condo is located in Lincoln, the heart of the White Mountains, at the base of Indian Head Mountain, and is 5 minutes from Loon and 15 minutes from Cannon Mountains. Bretton Woods and Waterville are less than 30 minutes away. It has 2 large bedrooms with 2 full baths, an outdoor pool, a wood stove and a outdoor grill on the back deck. The kitchen is fully functional and the dining/living areas are spacious. The condo has a DVD player as well as a variety of DVDs on hand for your enjoyment.

Notchview is a small, private condo complex with only 24 units. It is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by woods and mountains, yet within minutes of all the attractions. This condo is an end unit on the first floor (best unit in the complex in regards to parking, access to pool, views, etc). The condo is spacious and has seating/sleeping for 6. It was recently renovated with new appliances, slider, carpet, flooring and mattresses. The kitchen is fully functional and there is a 36' TV with expanded cable along with a DVD player as well as DVDs on hand for your viewing pleasure. A second TV is located in the master bedroom. There is also a stereo/CD system. There are some games in the front bedroom closet. The unit has a deck facing the outdoor pool with chairs and a gas grill. There is also a wood stove with plenty of wood for burning to keep you warm on cold nights. The master BR has it own bathroom and a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen and a double bed.

Attractions within minutes of the condo are Loon and Cannon Mountains, Clarks Trained Bears, Hobo Railroad, The Flume, The Basin, Lost River, Whales Tale Water Park, Franconia Notch, Echo Lake, Polar Caves, Indian Head and Old Man of the Mountain (or what's left of it), hiking, biking and snowmobile trails as well as the beautiful Kancamagus Highway. At Loon are seasonal actives such as downhill and cross-country skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, tubing, ice skating, horseback riding, mountain biking, skate boarding and rock climbing. A short ride away at the other end of the Kancamagus Highway is Santa's Village, Six Gun City, Story Land, Mount Washington, tax free outlet shopping and much more. This condo is perfect for people who want to visit the White Mountains, but wish to experience private house-like accommodations, rather than a hotel atmosphere. An independent rental agency gave this condo an 'A' rating. Deer, moose and even bear sightings are not uncommon.

There is a book in the condo listing many of the local hiking trails including the various degrees of difficulty (trails for kids to experienced hikers). Also, on hand are many brochures listing menus of local restaurants and well as brochures for many of the local activities.

About the condo...: This tastefully decorated unit has a master bedroom with a queen size bed with a full bath off of it and the second bedroom has a queen and a double bed with a full bath opposite the bedroom door. The kitchen is fully functional and the dining table has seating for 6. Off of the sliding doors in the living room is a deck with plenty of seating and a gas grill for your pleasure. Outside the front door are snowmobile and bike trails. Snowmobiles can be parked a short walk down the road at the Whales Tale Waterpark. Steps from your back deck is an inviting outdoor swimming pool. Across the street is the Pemi River as well as a babbling brook located behind the condo. You are surrounded by beautiful mountains and breath-taking scenery wonderfully viewed from this full windowed end unit. The condo is located in a quiet area, away from the traffic, although within minutes of many attractions and restaurants. Hiking, biking and snowmobile trails are just outside of your front door.

The perfect home away from home!

We have rented Keith's condo multiple times in the last 3 years and have brought different guests each time and they were impressed with all the accomodations.
We come from Montreal and find the condo to have easy access and even by being in Canada, Keith makes it simple to make the necessary arrangements.
You basically don't have to bring anything because everything is there; linen, towels, washer/dryer, dishwasher, games, dvd, stereo, etc.
Being hiking fanatics, we believe this is the perfect place for hiking the great White Mountains.

My Home Away from Home

I have stayed at Keith's condo 4 times in the past year, once in each season. The condo is immaculate and has all the comforts of home. Truth be told it is actually a little better than my home. Having been a frequent visitor to New Hampshire for the past 25 years I have foregone staying at commercial properties and now stay exclusively at privately owned places. Keith's condo is located close to season round activities for both children and adults. There is even a first rate tattoo parlor just 5 minutes away. New Hampshire has something for everyone from nature, to skiing, to theme parks for the children, to outlet shopping just 40 minutes across the Kancamangus in North Conway. Keith's condo is nearby all of these activities and more. Even if you just want to relax and watch a few movies on the DVD player sitting in front of a cozy fire, Keith's is a fine place to do it.

this is a great condo, clean, nice, well furnished, good amenities, and great location near the beacon. We were awed, and WILL be staying here again!

Owner was courteous, nice, and renting process very easy!

I would definately recomend this to a friend (my friends that visited LOVED it too!)

We had a great time during our stay at Keith's condo. It was well stocked with everything you could possibly need: a fully supplied kitchen, music, magazines, games (adult and kids), etc. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommendable!!
