This well-appointed contemporary offers the ultimate beach area rental. With a 7 minute walk to the beach, 2 minutes to the bike path, one can hardly get closer to the shore-the Katama boat launch is just minutes away as well. This 'upside-down' house has a spacious living room/dining room/kitchen area on the upper level inviting in the sun and cooling sea breezes. This great room is entirely fronted by three sets of sliders to the extensive deck area, as is the master bedroom. This upper level boasts views over the 1 and 1/2 acre grassed yard and farm views of 200 acres conservation farmland to the rear.The large master bedroom has a sitting area and a private bath with a double-sized jacuzzi tub, double sinks, and a separate shower. The lower levels bedrooms have oversized double windows and are bright, spacious, and cheery. The bikes provided are perfect for riding on the safe and smooth bike path for your 3-minute ride to the beach or 15-minute ride into town.
