Charming cottage in convenient near town location on a cul-de-sac. House is recently remodeled, decorated and painted inside and out, and furnished & equipped with all brand new furniture, stainless steel appliances, bedding and towels. Wonderful living room with cathedral ceiling, fireplace ,flat screen TV, DVD w surround sound. Lovely fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and other conveniences. Two large and charming bedrooms, two full baths and washer/dryer on the first floor. Spiral staircase leads to the large and private all new second floor master addition with a cathedral ceiling. This floor has cable TV and sitting area with a cushy chair and a queen bed that is unbelievably comfortable. A large brick patio is just steps from the kitchen. It is a wonderful and private outdoor room that is surrounded by hedges and professionally landscaped with new furniture and gas grill. Ceiling fans keep the house comfortable in all weather. Free WiFi!

Beautiful 17 mile bike path is at front door that leads to moors, ocean and light houses. Walk to town and harbor. Shallow harbor beach is a short walk from house and ideal for children. Very convenient to restaurants, grocery and other stores, and bus stop.

Lovely small home, will all any family could need for a relazing stay on Nantucket.
Lovely relaxing private out door space for eating or relazing, Acomfortable 3 bedrrom house with a well appointed kitchen and dining room. Easyto use Wi Fi.
Not exactly walking distance to town or beach, but spot to park car, and available bikes. My college age son and his friend and I had a great stay.
