Private waterfront home in Annapolis, Maryland. Enjoy gorgeous views of the Severn River and Saltworks Creek from our luxurious waterfront home. You can swim and fish from private pier. The large deck is the perfect place to sunbath, or just relax and enjoy the views. The house is bright and airy and is tastefully decorated. There are three bedrooms (one on the main level) and three full baths (master bath has large jacuzzi tub). The great room features vaulted ceilings (lots of skylights) and fireplace. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has granite counter tops. Entertainment system includes surround stereo system, 52 inch HDTV/DVD. Washer/dryer is on the lower level. The house is nestled in a wooded and peaceful community with tennis courts and designated swim area with a sandy beach and clubhouse/restaurant. Excellent public golf courses are nearby. The house is ten minutes from downtown historic Annapolis and Naval Academy. ** Call or email for rates and availability**
