Spectacular View of the open ocean

This 1950's era sprawling ranch met our needs very well. It is listed as a 3 bedroom home with 3 baths and we almost didn't find the last two bedrooms. Upon checking in, we wandered through the house which has incredible views of the ocean from the glass sliders along the rear of the home, the big discovery was that you need to go through the master bedroom to the sun-room, then through the next bedroom, and onto the 3rd bedroom. This didn't allow for much privacy but the good thing was that the queen bedroom had a seperate entrance. This suited our needs since we were 4 adults but may pose a problem for others.
The fully equipped kitchen was terrific! Large rooms offered space for everyone, 2 televisions, and great interenet service was appreciated. A good selection of books and games for those rainy days. We have vacationed in Maine for many years. This year was our third year in New Harbor and are overjoyed at what this area has to offer.
