This comfortable, bright and spacious beach house is only 200 ft from the bay and 2 short blocks from a lifeguard protected beach. This is a 3 bedroom home with 2 full baths which offers both views right outside the front door, and easy accessibility to the oceanfront. It is located on the border of Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach, allowing access to both of these unique towns. This location offers a variety of activities including restaurants, games on the boardwalk for kids, jet ski rentals just around the corner, and tax-free shopping at the outlet malls. The house is in a quiet cove of Dewey Beach, but with easy convenience to the bars and restaurants, and 1 block from a small grocery store. It is just a 20 minute walk to the boardwalk of Rehoboth Beach and only a $2 shuttle bus ride to downtown Rehoboth. The house has 2 off-street parking spaces provided for guests, and 2 TV's with cable, 2 DVD players and 2 stereos for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining

I had a wonderful experience in this townhouse. It had the amenities that we needed, including beach chairs. It was very quiet in the evening. My husband and I sat out on the deck in the early evening many nights. The dog loved being here. There was a nice neighborhood closeby to walk him every day.

You could get to the beach very easily from this place without much of a hassle. We walked to some of the restaurants in the area for dinner.
