Welcome to Destin! This beautiful townhouse with its giant living room and soaring vaulted ceiling provides a wonderful environment for entertaining during your family vacation. It shares a common pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and excercise facility located immediately to the right of the townhomes. The house is just a quick walk to Florida's most beautiful beach - with no road to cross! The home's location is close to everything, and with plenty of greenspace right outside your door -- the kids (old or young!) have a perfect place to throw a football, frisbee, or just run outside and "play."

This spacious unit sleeps up to eight people and is fully equipped with every necessity. Each room is tastefully decorated. The Master Bedroom features a king bed, private sitting area, and private bath. The Guest Room has two queen beds, private screened porch and private bath.

The open floor plan is perfect for relaxing after a day on the worlds most beautiful beach! The open Kitchen, Dining Room and Great Room offer an ideal place to socialize while preparing meals or gathering before a night on the town. A large screened-in porch stretches across the back of the house and overlooks a serene lake. A full sized laundry room and half bath complete the first floor.

first time renting a townhome and it was SO much bigger than we were expecting! it was beautifully decorated and very clean. it is behind the shoreline towers on the beach. a quick walk back and forth, yet isolated enough to not feel cramped. plenty of outdoor space to frolick around or enjoy your meal and drink in the screen enclosed living space. jerry was very prompt in responding to my emails during the booking process and i was glad i didn't need to contact him during our stay for any issues. you won't find anything better for this price!
