Recently renovated with New Appliances and Paint....Peaceful, neat and clean ranch-style Cape Cod Cottage located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. Relax in this cozy cottage or outside under a shady tree. Close to beaches, golf and recreation. Conveniently located to local restaurants, shops and miniature golf. Your vacation spot is located on a child friendly Private Way. Ample parking. It has an open kitchen and living room. Hardwood floors throughout. Rinse off in the large enclosed outdoor shower after your day at the beach. The backyard is perfect for lying out in the sun, relaxing, family games, and picnics.

A Private Way: The cottage is located on a Private Way with nine other cottages. The street is extremely quiet and child safe. The back yard if fully fenced in and private, as well. Perefect for a family vacation!

Notes: All amenities are included in this rental. This is my 10 th year renting and I always ask my vacationers for their input once they leave the cottage. There are a few things over the years that people have commented on, so I have gone out and purchased them. Just when you think you have thought of everything people like yourself help me out and tell me what I should buy or what I may have missed. As a result, I have everything in the cottage that you could possibly need! Come and see for yourself!

Our family of 5 had a great stay! The cottage is very clean and quaint and perfect for our family. The kitchen is supplied with everything you would need. The bedrooms are very nicely decorated and comfortable. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our three children to enjoy themselves. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and pleasant. We hope to come back and stay again! We had the perfect family vacation!

Perfect little cottage

Having vacationed at other places on the East coast we decided to give Cape Cod a shot and this cottage made our first Cape Cod visit the best ever.
It was clean and situated in a very private locality. Near the beach and the shopping areas but very secluded from the noise. The bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and absolutely clean. The entire cottage smelled fresh and very pleasant. I loved it the second I stepped in the door. The fenced in backyard is such a huge plus - especially when you have an active four year old. We loved sitting there and letting our son play about in our private little backyard.
The pictures posted on the site are exactly what you get - which these days is very rare. Thanks to how comfortable we felt here we will be visiting the Cape more often.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Wonderful Vacaction Cottage

This is my second year staying at this cottage. Each time it has been clean & well maintained. It is stocked with the housewares that you will need. It has a large fenced in back yard with patio & large gas grill. It has an outdoor shower. It is on a quiet dead end street. My family & I enjoyed our week immensly. It is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores & night life. I would recommend this cottage to both families & couples alike..
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Another great week at the cottage!

This is our second year and will definitely come back next Summer. We just love the quiet location that is so close to everything! Plenty to do…shopping, restaurants, golf course, attractions and it’s right up the road from the beach! It’s so great that it is within walking distance to so many great spots for ice cream, seafood, nightlife and again, the beach! We love going to Chatham and Harwich to poke around the shops and relax on the beaches. We always stop at Chatham Light and Monomoy Island . The fenced in backyard felt more like a retreat it is so private and spacious…and very rare when searching rentals on Cape . The yard is nicely equipped with a large gas grill, outdoor shower, lounge chairs, patio set with seating for 6, firepit is great and they even have beach chairs and a cooler to use. They really thought of everything! Inside, the kitchen has everything you’ll need and all the rooms are so nicely decorated that you feel right at home. Cable TV’s and fans in each bedroom, games and books for the kids and the furniture is very comfy! I would and have recommended this cottage to friends and family and can’t wait for next year.
