Located in the very desirable Southport neighborhood. Only 6 houses to the beach, with ocean & bay views. The house is large enough for two (friendly) families to share, with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom upstairs. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with an additional security deposit. First floor: Spacious master bedroom with king bed, 1 huge walk-in closet. Master bathroom with double sinks, shower & skylight. 2nd bedroom with king bed & large closet. Large laundry room with built-in shelving and storage. Full bathroom with tub/shower. Walk-through kitchen to open family room with cathedral ceilings, big screen TV, VCR, DVD, ceiling fan, 2 sofa beds. Fully enclosed deck leads to outdoor shower, picnic bench & grill. Second floor: 1 ample bedroom with queen bed, large closet & access to screened-in deck & spiral stairs leading to roof deck. 1 bunk room with 2 bunk beds, 1 trundle bed & spacious closet. Full bathroom.

This place was great. I was there in the summer of 08. It was clean and up to date. It was 6 houses away from the beach. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. Very accommodating. I will continue to use this location as my week get away in the summer.
