Torre Bermeja is situated in the peaceful resort of Guadalmansa and is the most exclusive resort on the 'New Golden Mile'. 24 hour site security. Underground secure parking. 25 metre outdoor pool. Wi Fi internet connection throughout site. Apartment of approx 150m2 (indoor living area excluding terrace) includes luxury fittings throughout: kitchen/utility - Bosch/Siemens equipment plus USA style fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and spin dryer; living area: Bang & Olufsen tv/dvd/stereo, sky tv including sports channels; mosquito screens on all terrace doors, automatic air con and under floor heating throughout; master bedroom suite: hydro spa bath seating 2; 2nd bathroom: features hydro shower. Close to Marbella/Porto Banus Torre Bermeja is a de-luxe apartment complex set amongst landscaped gardens, walkways and cascades with views overlooking approximately 25,000m2 of park area, a historic Arabic tower (the centrepiece of the site) and directly onto the Mediterranean Sea. Africa and Gibraltar are both visible from the 50m2 south west facing terrace. Torre Bermeja ia situated in the new peaceful resort of 'Guadalmansa' probably the most exclusive resort on the Costa del Sol's 'New Golden Mile'. Pleasant, un-crowded beaches approximately 10 minutes walk to the west. Up to 10 bars and restaurants are walk able within 10 minutes from the apartment. However a car is required to access Estepona and San Pedro (5-8 minutes each) and Peurto Banus (12 minutes). Porto Banus (8 miles) - lots of choice inc. Pravda (world menu) and Los Bandidos (European) - 20 Euro cab ride to Porto Banus. Benahavis (5 miles) : lots of choice inc up market: Amanhavis.
