The kitchen eating area has a fantastic view across pond with ducks, blue heron, geese, wild turkey and deer. The fully equipped kitchen with a glass top stove, double wall ovens & adjacent laundry room all have French country tile. Next to the kitchen is the sitting room with a beautiful large bay window overlooking the perennial gardens, flowering alfalfa fields to the pond. The large screened-in porch off the kitchen has views to the pond and large round tables (2) with director chairs. Adjacent to the screened porch is a patio with a gas grill. The swimming pool room is a 'great room' with a 12 ft.x40 ft. heated lap pool with stair access and adjacent recessed jacuzzi spa, ceramic tile floor and base, cathedral ceilings, wall murals and large tropical plants. The area is humidity controlled with a stall shower & drying area.
