Private waterfront location 50 feet from a sheltered cove. This expanded and beautifully renovated seaside year-round home, offers 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths. The spacious open concept with cathedral ceilings, long deck and pier over the cove afford a sunny southwesterly exposure for maximum enjoyment of this private saltwater setting. Beautiful hardwood, tile and carpeted floors, comfortably furnished throughout, updated kitchen, space to relax indoors and out. The tree bordered lawn and casual garden create a sense of retreat. Watch lobstermen beginning their day and returning with their catch. Sailboats, including our 38 foot captained charter sloop, grace the cove. Bring your own canoe or kayak, water is accessible throughout the changing tide. Located between Brunswick and Bath, just 10 minutes from US Rte 1, one mile off Rte. 24 on the way to Bailey Island. A sense of being away from it all with convenience of easy access.

  • $2000-$2975/week depends on season/length of stay/number in party. State may increase the tax rate*
  • Rate is based on number in party with a maximum of 8 people as well as the number of weeks being reserved.
    Rate reduction for small group or single occupancy may be considered.
    Rates range from $2000-$2975/week, depending on occupancy, on the season and length of stay.
    Monthly rates are available for rentals in excess of one month with the exception of July and August.
    If available, a reservation for less than a week may be considered during the 'off season'. Renters have the option of a cleaning fee.
    A non-refundable deposit of half the rent total is required to hold the reservation.
    The rent balance plus tax is payable 14 days prior to arrival.
    We require a separate security/damage deposit of $1000, payable by separate check upon occupancy.
  • Set back about 50 feet from the cove, this is a beautiful home with 150 feet of protected waterfront with lovely views from the house, deck and pier. Wood and tile floors on first floor and hallways, wall-to-wall carpeting in second floor bedrooms. Kitchen has granite countertops and hand crafted cherry cabinets. Furnishings are comfortable, a mix of antique and contemporary. One has a sense of privacy, though being within an area of private homes and close to two working lobster wharves. Bring a kayak or canoe...the area is recommended for its protected coves and interesting coastline.

Notes: House has a long attached deck with table and lawn chairs, as well as a pier over the water. A great spot for enjoying the ocean breeze. Lawn slopes gently to the saltwater cove frontage...a great spot for skipping stones or taking a dip! We can direct you to the area beaches. Please bring your own beach towels...we provide regular house linens (towels and sheets) only. Boat: We offer a captained charter aboard our 38 ft.sail boat moored in the cove, please inquire. While there is water at all times from the dock (our dinghy is kept on the dock for our accessing our sailboat), guests are welcome enjoy the dock at mid to high tide for swimming as there is a 9+ foot average tidal change.
