WEST END-RELAXING, BRIGHT, PET FRIENDLY 1 BEDROOM CONDO W/PRIVATE DECK & PARKING

My partner and I stayed at this lovely home with our dog for a week. We had the best time! We were just a short walk away from Commercial Street, but got to trade in the city noise that we are used to for blissful quiet. The place itself is bright, clean, and the perfect amount of space for a couple. We loved having breakfast on the deck, and it was great to have a full-sized kitchen to cook our own meals in. Our dog loved the short distance to the wonderful dog park. The owner is very, very nice and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We can't wait to go back!

The rental is just as advertised and photographed and was precisely what I'd wanted. It was clean, quite well equipped, quiet, and in a good neighborhood not terribly far from the center of town. (The slowest one of my guests was able to get to the Wharf in 20 minutes; I could get there in five on my bicycle or ten on foot.) The proximity of the grocery store was also nice; I used my bike when I needed something there. In all, an excellent experience. More significantly, though, Paul, the landlord, is superb; he communicated everything I needed to know, was responsive and prompt, and consequently it all went flawlessly. Thank you!!

I stayed at this cute condo for 1 week and enjoyed it very much. I can not say the same for the weather I had but anyway, the photos of the place are spot on. What you see is what the place looks like when you arrive, the pictures are accurate. I found the place to be clean and well stocked with what you need for cooking meals, coffe pot, toaster, microwave, Clean sheets on the bed and fresh towels.
The location of this condo is near to Stop n shop, pizza place, TD bank, laundry, liquior store. You can walk if you need to. Bradford street is down the road from the condo toward the bay and from there is the Pilgrim Monument and if you take a right off Bradford walk a block you are on Commerical street, the life of P-town. If you enjoy walking like I do, it is a nice walk. Herring cove and ocean beaches could not be any closer! The location for me was perfect. At the end of the day it is nice to come home to a bright, cozy place to relax and unwind and It is a quite area. There is parking for one car and that can be a little tight but I had know problem at all. This is a perfect place to stay for the beach, the action on commercial street, you are close to everything!!

I must add that the owner is so easy to work with, he is always ready to answer any questions and he goes above and beyond, he is really a kind person. Paul felt so bad for us that we had bad weather all week that he offer us an extra night free of charge!! He did not have to do that but he did and I will always remember his kindness. This condo is an awesome place and a perfect pick for 2 or 3 people. I know I will stay there again in the future.
