Bright, comfortable, very clean 2nd floor condo in a small complex. Five minute walk to the Boat Slip. Short walk (15 to 20 minutes) to beach. Fully equipped kitchen. Deck with gas grill and furniture. Hardwood floors throughout. No need to argue over the TV remote as there are two TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). Wireless internet access. Washer and dryer located on the premise and available for your use. Off-street parking for 1 car. Smoking permitted on the deck only.

I have stayed here two times and the place is awesome its a great place to go away and still feel the comforts of home. The owner is great to work with which makes it that much more enjoyable.He is also extremely fair with his rental rates and lease terms. Will return for another visit soon

My son and I had a great experience at this property. The owner was warm and helpful, everything that we could possibly need was available, and the property was clean and very well maintained. We didn't travel with a car, so we were happy to find out that there was a supermarket within walking distance and that it was possible to get anywhere we wanted on foot. The property was in a quiet area, away from the hustle-bustle of the town but was close enough to get to town by a short, pleasant walk. We would definitely do it again!
