Description of the Provincetown vacation condo rental
20 Race Rd Provincetown - Bright, comfortable, very clean 2nd floor condo in a small complex. Five minute walk to the boat slip. Short walk (15 to 20 minutes) to beach. Fully equipped kitchen. Deck with gas grill and furniture. Hardwood floors throughout. No need to argue over the TV remote as there are two TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). Washer and dryer located on the premise and available for your use. Off-street parking for 1 car. Access to two mountain bikes included in the price. Pet friendly (1 pet only per condo docs). Smoking permitted on the deck only.
