Thank you to our repeat guests! Waterfront Cottage with great southern views. Bring your boat and clam rake. Walk out the back door onto the beach. Enjoy brunch on the 600 sq ft deck overhanging the water. Bring your fishing pole and fish off the deck while you BBQ. Traditional New England at it's best! The cottage is stocked with everything you could need to have a fabulous New England vacation. Check out guest comments below. There is so much to do on Aquidneck Island all year around!! Golf, fishing, museums, polo, mansions, theater, clam shacks, fine dining, beautiful beaches, vineyards, horseback riding..... . The cottage is a two minute walk to the restaurants Scampi, El Parque and 15 Point Rd. A few blocks away are pubs and a club that has live entertainment. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the huge deck. 2.5 miles to Portsmouth Abbey. 3 miles to Roger Williams.

Better than staying at a hotel...

My husband, dog & I stayed a long weekend in mid-October for a wedding in Newport and it was well worth it! It rained all weekend but the views were still stunning from the inside! The home itself is very quaint and cozy with very tasteful décor! The owners take pride in their home and it shows because it was very organized, tidy and clean which helps makes the stay all that much more comfortable! Deborah and David were very easy to work with too! Thanks for a welcoming stay!

Breathtaking view and serene sounds

We've been renting properties from Cyberrentals for many years - this had to be the best one yet. We had picture-perfect weather to enjoy this charming little house. This was truly the perfect getaway for our family of 5 as we closed out the summer before my oldest son went off to college. The house is comfortable and clean, and the spectacular deck was a great place to watch my husband sail while I relaxed and read. The kids and our lab had a great time too hanging out and exploring the water and shoreline. The surrounding area is beautiful - biking in Bristol, trips to the beach and catching some of the nightlife in nearby Newport were just some of the activities that we enjoyed during our week-long stay. We'd love to come back for sure! Thanks Deb and David for a wonderful week!

A Piece of Heaven

We have always tried to find a different place to vacation every summer, but since finding this lovely cottage, it's the only place we want to be!

The property is absolutely immaculate! David and Deborah have gone out of their way to make sure everything you could possible need is there! It is bright, airy, open and lovely! The large deck is a piece of heaven on earth with beautiful views and lots of sun all day!. We start every morning on the deck with our coffee and end everyday there as well!

There are some really nice restaurants within walking distance and a gas grill on the deck for nights you may want to eat in. Newport is short drive for great shopping, sightseeing, good food and nightlife. You absolutely must pack a picnic and visit Colt Park (15 minutes from the cottage) in the evening to watch the sun go down. It is a breathtaking park on the water as well.

We can't wait to be there again this year. It's perfect!

A perfect getaway 10 miles from my home!

I was thrilled to find a perfect weekend getaway only a few miles away from my little condo in downtown Newport. The waterfront cottage provided a wonderful haven that was so comfortable with all it's amenities. It was fully supplied, immaculate and homey. In a short weekend I was able to take advantage of all it's offerings. When it was sunny, I was basking in the sun on the huge back deck, kayaking or playing badmitton with my guests. When it turned to rain, we had a cozy fire and watched the Celtics win in the playoffs. My favorite part was preparing food on the grill for a feast and then later in the evening, hearing the waves lap soothingly onto the shore . With the popularity of staycations, I couldn't ask for a better opportunity. I can't wait for next year!

The Perfect Vacation

My son and I had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It was so nice to be in a clean well appointed home. We were able to walk the beach in the morning then enjoy our breakfast on the deck. What a view !!! The tranquil setting is perfect for relaxing. When we felt like some hustle and bustle we ventured into Newport for some fabulous shopping and restaurants. Our favorite was the Red Parrot on Thames Street.In the neighborhood El Parque was by far some of the best guacamole.
There were many seafood stores to choose from and we were able to try our hand at grilling salmon on the back deck in the evening and enjoy the sunset.
I would recommend this cottage. The owner was more than hospitable and able to direct us to the "local" favorites
We plan on returning again to enjoy this peaceful cottage.
