Cottage, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4)

A great place to spend a week at the beach. If you love the beach, you'll love this cottage. Walk back and forth all day for lunch, bathroom, etc. Cross Old Wharf Rd and down the path pictured and you are at the beach.

Plenty of parking and the patio and furniture out front make it a great place to barbecue after a day at the beach. Take an outdoor shower and start the grill. Enjoy people watching as many bikers and walkers stroll by. See the ocean from the lunch table. Nicely decorated and easily swept clean with new flooring throughout the whole place. Walk to the best places in Dennisport; Woolfie's Bakery, Sundae School and Clancy's Fish and Chips.

New patio doors and deck off the side of the house really increase the experience of staying here. Open up the doors and the outside becomes your living room. Window AC unit to be installed this summer.

Beach Community, Great Owner, Whale Watching and Golf

We had a great summer beach vacation at the Cottage. Beach was just a stone throw away, restaurants & bars in walking distance, fresh seafood market about a mile away, whale watching was great in Provincetown, great golf course all over, perfect for a small family or couples. I am looking forward to returning to this spot. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

PERFECT Fall rental!!!!!

~ The location was PERFECT! Literally ACROSS the street from the beach! Head to the Bay Side beaches as well though!
~Photos were accurate representation and house was clean and well kept when I arrived!
~ Owners were great and answered all questions, were timely with response when I initally wanted to rent and kept in contact with me as needed.
~I would reccomend this property to friends and relatives- actually already did! It's the perfect size for single, couple and family. even two couples would be perfect here!
~ The deck is GREAT and the outdoor shower!
~ Check out Oyster Bar, Buckies Bakery, Deborah Ann's Rainbow, Beaches on the bay side, West Dennis beaches, New library in Dennisport for a rainy day activity, short drive to other local towns!
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

Great Week

The location was great, very close to the beach. We are planning on staying here again next summer. Has all the amenities you need and was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and spent a good amount of time outside on the porch, which had a great view and plenty of space to BBQ, eat, and relax. The beach was clean, quiet, and safe. Thanks for a great week!!

A wonderful cottage located just steps from the beach- location, location, location!! What a spot! We enjoyed it so much we are confirming reservations again for next year!
