This home is located on a quiet freshwater swimming pond. Our guests fall in love with the pond as it is spring-fed, warm and clean. Saltwater beaches are 3 miles away. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bicycle path. The 4 bedroom house includes a spacious 1st floor bedroom suite and master bath with a jacuzzi tub. The kitchen, dining room and living room form one large open area with wrap-around views of the pond and grounds. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. A balcony looks down into the living room. A large deck looks out over the pond. The house was built in 1993 and is in wonderful condition. Because of the proximity to the pond and the 2nd floor balcony, we feel our home is not a good match for families with toddlers from 1 to 4 years of age.

Nearest Beach: beach at 3 Miles

While at home, sunbathing on the deck, swimming in the pond and relaxing in the open rooms will keep you rested and interested. The nearby woods trails leads to the bike path and to the nearby Lavender Farm. Biking to Chatham, Brewster and Orleans passes through great country. Further from home, well it's Cape Cod. Great restaurants, art galleries, antique shops abound. Outdoors is amazing. Beaches are close. Some of the best sport fishing in the world is nearby. Paine's Creek, Monomoy Island and the Brewster Flats are a short ride. Bicycling on the rail trail system is a great family activity.
