Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in upscale complex. Enjoy direct ocean views from living room, kitchen and upstairs master bedroom. Unit also has 3 balconies. (2 to enjoy the ocean/sunrises, and 1 to enjoy the sunsets) Renovations include: new Berber carpeting in both bedrooms; new tile flooring in living room, bathrooms and kitchen; Corian counter tops in kitchen; all new appliances in kitchen; new vanities and fixtures in both bathrooms. The unit was professionally decorated with tasteful furnishings. A private boardwalk provides access to the beach, which is great for fishing, swimming, surfing, boating and sunbathing. Or...just enjoy the beautiful St. Augustine weather by our gorgeous pool!! All pictures are of the actual unit and actual views.

The condo is located roughly 10 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. Restaurants, shopping and sightseeing are located nearby. Numerous golf courses are in the immediate area, with the World Golf Hall of Fame 20 minutes away. Marineland is less than 5 miles away. Fishing, small boat rentals, dolphin watching and sightseeing are all wonderful local activities.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the condo. The views were beautiful and the condo was nice. It was super easy walking to the beach. We spent all of our time at the beach. We were having such a wonderful time we stayed an extra nite. We recommend this property and working with the owner was a breeze. Erik is very helpful and a joy to work with.

Very confortable place to stay away from noise, my daughters and I enjoy shell fishing in the mornings. Very close to San agustin"s main attractions. truly enjoy it. will recommend it to anyone who wants a true getway.

What an amazing & wonderful vacation we enjoyed here! Everything was exactly as represented -- in fact, our own picture of the view from the condo matches the one here exactly. Cleanliness & maintenance were both superb. The owner was so kind & helpful & flexible. I've already recommended this property to several people & will continue to do so. We enjoyed every single moment of our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in St Augustine. Had beachfront view. Clean, comfortable accommodations. It was everything we expected. I would rent this property again. The description was accurate clean with many ammenities. We were right at the beach a very short walk. I would reccommend this condo. Great communication from the property owner. The onsite manager was easily accessable and very pleasant.
