Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in upscale complex. Enjoy direct ocean views from living room, kitchen and upstairs master bedroom. Unit also has 3 balconies. (2 to enjoy the ocean/sunrises, and 1 to enjoy the sunsets) Renovations include: new Berber carpeting in both bedrooms; new tile flooring in living room, bathrooms and kitchen; Corian counter tops in kitchen; all new appliances in kitchen; new vanities and fixtures in both bathrooms.

UNIT HAS IT OWN PRIVATE WIFI WITH DOWNLOAD SPEEDS OF 6.0 Mbs

The unit was professionally decorated with tasteful furnishings. A private boardwalk provides access to the beach, which is great for fishing, swimming, surfing, boating and sunbathing. Or...just enjoy the beautiful St. Augustine weather by our gorgeous pool!!

The condo is located roughly 10 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. Restaurants, shopping and sightseeing are located nearby. Numerous golf courses are in the immediate area, with the World Golf Hall of Fame 20 minutes away. Marineland is less than 5 miles away. Fishing, small boat rentals, dolphin watching and sightseeing are all wonderful local activities.

Beautiful Sunrises

We were looking for one last getaway for a summer vacation. Based on pictures and reviews, we chose this condo. We were not disappointed. The condo was steps away from the beach with beautiful views right from our balcony. Enjoyed having the doors open and listening to the waves during the time we were not at the beach. The complex was clean and maintained well. Less than 15 minute drive from downtown attractions of St Augustine. We would recommend to anyone and would return.

Worth Repeating!

I'm already looking forward to my next visit. The condo, the view, the location, etc - everything was great. It was as good as it looks in the pictures, if not better. We were far enough south to be out of the crowd and still close to stores and restaurants. We went to the Wednesday morning market at the pier and found some great local made foods and gifts. We went to old town most nights for dinner. We went to the beach every morning for some sun time and walked it again every night to relax.
Thank you to the staff on site, they were so nice to us.
Looking forward to returning!!!

GREAT TIME !!!!

We had a great time at the condo. It was very clean and we found everything we needed. The master bedroom had a wonderful view of the ocean and the sunrises were beautiful. We were close to everything and the week went by quickly. My only sugestion on places to go is NOT Marineland, unless you want to pay alot just to look at the dolfins. No show presented as in the past. We did like our trip to the Light House in St Augustine. What a view after a big climb. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great stay good vaule

The condo was in great shape and very well priced. Erik was very nice, straight forward and easy to deal with. The beach was a short walk and was clean and not crowded like other parts of the beach and the water was amazing to swim in. Also no need to bring much because everything you need was there, even sand toys and pool floats. When we come back to St. Augustine I will contact Erik to see if we can rent again.

Cresent House Honeymoon

The condo was great, the ocean view was awesome. The description of the place was right on with a small exception of the "new" appliances but they still worked perfectly. The price for the condo was reasonable for the location and the amenities. The pool was beautiful even tho we didn't swim. My wife and I would highly recommendthis place to anyone. We are already talking about returning next year with our children. Thank You
