Just turn around the corner, and one mile straight ahead is Beautiful Sea Street and Cold Storage Beach on Cape Cod Bay with a snack bar for cold ice cream treats and Life Guards for safety. There is a picturesque boat harbor alongside the beach and a Town Launch for your Power Boat, Sail Boat or Kayak. This home is near the Dennis/Brewster Line. Its' just a 3 minute drive to fresh waters swimming on beautiful Scargo Lake or 7 minutes to Nickerson State Park's popular Cliff Pond. Also, less than 5 minutes away are many shops, art galleries, restaurants, Golf Course, the Bike Trail ,and the most popular Cape Cod Play House. After a day at the beach, enjoy the enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower and deck which has a Weber gas grill . Just down the road for evening entertainment is the Cape Playhouse in Dennis, America's oldest professional summer theater.
