Our home offers a clean, friendly, comfortable, and spacious environment. Maybe you prefer to enjoy the charm of the house's historic interior, or have breakfast/dinner or just hang out on our spacious front porch, or enjoy a barbecue in the back yard. What ever your preference we can accommodate it.

A comfortable house, close to everything

We just stayed at the house and it was great. More than adequate space for our party of 7. House was cozy and homy and had all the essentials. Great front porch and nice back yard with grill. Parking for 3 cars, which is an important feature in Ptown.
Short walk to downtown, yet quiet at night.
Would stay here again: good value for the price

Great place for your P-town getaway

This basic Cape Cod house is a great place for your Provincetown getaway. It's very conveniently located just east of the center of town, close to Commercial Street shopping, galleries, restaurants and bars. And it's a perfect bike ride to the beaches at either Herring Cove or Race Point.

The house features four bedrooms -- three spacious and one smaller -- and three bathrooms, one with a full tub and two with small showers. The best features, however, are the great back yard with a gas grill and the amazing front porch. There's enough seating on the porch for everyone. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, including a coffee maker and microwave (though you might want to bring your own knives if you plan to do any serious cooking).

There are CD players in several rooms, including the kitchen and living room. Our weather was so good, we never tried the televisions in the living room and one bedroom. The living room furniture is adequate, though the two love-seat sized couches are narrow and wooden, making it a difficult spot to hang out for large groups (but the covered porch is perfect, even in bad weather).

The owners were helpful throughout the rental process. Overall, I would definitely recommend this house for a family or a group of friends looking for a conveniently-located getaway in Provincetown.
