My husband and I have stayed at this condo for 2 years and have already booked our 3rd for Summer 2009! It is just what you need for a beach vacation in York. The pictures are exactly what you get - clean, inviting living space with a walk across the street to the ocean!

The washer/dryer are very helpful to have in-house and with 2 parking spaces, you can have guests!

I've been vacationing in York Beach for the past 13 years and I have never been as happy as I was at my Long Sands Condo. Who would not fall in love with this immaculate space right on the beach. The owner is wonderful and more than accomodating. The location is one of the best in York.

I went to sleep at night listening to the waves crashing on the shore and woke up every morning to the most beautiful sunrise in the world. York have everything you need....beach, great restaurants and food, friendly people and affordable prices for ocean front accomodations.

Treat yourself to a little bit of paradise and visit York and try to stay in this fabulous vacation rental.

Long Sands Beach Condo Vacation

My husband and I stayed at the Long Sands condo for the first time last summer....we are hooked .....and plan to make this a yearly vacation. The condo was clean with all the imenities. You felt right at home. This is a prime location. You will find reastaurants as well as fast food stands, ice cream and a general store right down the road or a walk to town takes you about 20 minutes. If you enjoy cooking everything you need is in the kitchen. You are close to the Kittery Outlets for shopping...Ogonquet for fishing trips or lunch on the water. This was one of the best vacation spots that my husband and I ever stayed and would highly recommend it. We can not wait to get back there again!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. This condo is well located RIGHT ACROSS from Long Sands Beach.No need to pack a lunch, just a few drinks, back home for lunch or a break out of the sun. Convenience store a short walk away. Easy access with parking in rear. The condo itself is all you need away from home, small washer & dryer, nice kitchen with dishwasher and a comfortable living room with pullout sofa and sliding door facing the Atlantic! Recommend to everyone who likes the Beach!

Great York Beach experience

Loved staying at the Long Sands condo. We were pleasantly surprised by the tidy interior, and absolutely floored by the awesome views and easy access to the beach.

Sat outside most mornings after getting coffee from the nearby deli. Hardly had to use the car at all, as the town and most conveniences were within walking distance.
