2000+ square foot; large open, airy, bright house; everything completely new; living room with two couches and fireplace; sun room/den with two sleep sofas; large kitchen with breakfast bar and ample counters. Hardwood and tile floors throughout. Tree-shaded, crushed shell driveways. Large deck with grill and outdoor furniture. The cathedral ceiling, east-facing sun room has two mission-style sleep sofas facing one another, two overhead fans, and hardwood floor. It has eight 40 by 70 inch windows on three sides topped by a nine-foot long pentagonal window letting in ample light. Maps and charts of Cape Cod, Wellfleet, and the world will help you orient yourself. Ample counter and cabinet space, good assortment of kitchen appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, swivel-mount flat screen TV; tile floor, center island. Kitchen range with gas burners and electric oven and three-speed range hood/exhaust fan above. Dining space adjacent to kitchen seats eight to ten comfortably.

Lovely, open, spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to walk into town and to the bay. Comfortable with all the expected amenities. We would return.
