Sea winds 604 is a very clean 3 bedroom/2 bathroom oceanfront condo, complete with 'Hotel-like' amenities. Fresh linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas are included, plus alarm clocks and hair dryers. Renters get complimentary water, shampoos, lotions and conditioners. Every bedroom has cable TV with a DVD and VCR. The living room features new furniture, a queen sleeper bed, and a 24-in flat-screen TV with a complete Home Theatre setup. There is a HP Pavilion computer free to use with free high-speed Internet access & wi-fi. The kitchen is complete with new appliances along with extras such as an ice-maker, George Foreman Grille, plus stocked cabinets and drawers of utensils and glasses and dishes. There is a fabulous wet bar to complete the festive atmosphere with martini-glasses and wine rack. The dining room is bright with a Tiffany-style lamp with seating for 6, plus a counter bar for 2 more. The oceanfront balcony is huge with access from the living room and master bedroom.

The grounds are neat and trim with manicured lawns and palm trees. There is a luxurious solarium with an Indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna. Being located in the Windy Hill sections of North Myrtle Beach, the beach itself is the biggest in the area being very clean with private access. Included in the rental are beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach & bath towels. The Sea Winds 604 also features a special Friday to Friday weekly rental (when available), so that you can avoid the crowds on Saturdays. Also available during the off-season are daily rentals and weekend rentals. Call either number for details.

For dessert you cannot forget Kohr's Family Ice Cream! For the Golfer, there are the 4 award-winning courses at Barefoot Landing designed by Tom Fazio, Greg Norman, Pete Dye, and Davis Love. Also Barefoot Landing is a shopper's galore featuring over 100 specialty shops and 13 factory stores of clothing, books, crafts, and hobbies. Complete Vacation Condo

My Family & I have rented this condo 2 times. Once in Feb 05 and more recently in June 06. It is a total joy. It is family-owned and they take great pride in offering everything you could want in a condo. It is very clean & well appointed with fresh linens, and both bath & beach towels. It is right on the beach ocean-front and the grounds are beautiful with palm trees.It has a kitchen that is completely equipped with any appliance you could need. It has free internet and they even have a computer to use. There are TV's with DVD & VCR's in every room. We love not have to pack beach chairs, beach umbrellas because they are supplied for renters free of charge. The check-in process is great too because we got to check in early right at the condo. The location is ideal because we could walk right to Barefoot Landing. We will be back for sure.

Sea Winds 604 was awesome!!

My family and I stayed at 604 the week of July 18th. It was a very nice condo. Marc, Amanda, and Ace were great communicators. They meet you at the condo. The condo was very clean and fully furnished. I would definately stay there again!!!!!!!!!

Best Condo Deal Ever!!

We were so happy to find an oceanfront condo that was flexible in allowing us to stay less than 7 nights, and that included towels and linens. We dealt with a gentleman named Marc over the internet & phone who processed our rental in a profesisonal manner. He arranged for us an early check-in at no extra charge. Then we were met at the property by another nice gentleman named Acy who checked us in, and made sure were satisfied. The condo was great! Incredible oceanfront balcony that makes you fee you are on the Beach! It was great being able to use the computer and free wi-fi inside the condo. We were able to check-out all the sites in advance before heading out to Barefoot Landing which is only right down the street. We loved this condo! It was affordable, clean and had everything we needed.

We vacation every year at Myrtle Beach and this is by far the best condo we have stayed in. We have three children and our youngest is disabled so we don't have much room in the van for a lot of extras. At Mark's condo we had chairs, umbrellas, linens, and sand toys provided so we didn't have to pack them. We also had a washer and dryer so we didn't have to pack as many clothes and beach towels. We will definately be contacting Mark in '08.

Best location for a condo I have ever stayed in. Walking distance from all the restaurants and attractions. Best position being right on the beach in the center. Very clean and having the key delivered to us instead of waiting in line was great. We will be back. Thank you kindly Marc.
