This condo was an excellent size for our needs with great location right off Highway 405. It has a nice pool area and park close to the condo. It has excellent storage and shelf space within the condo. We appreciated the supplies provided such as dishes,utensils,towels and linens. We would stay again if available.
Just came back home from our vacation. We spend two weeks in this excellent townhouse. The location was perfect for us, visiting a son in Irvine. Quiet, safe, well equipped, great with two nice bathrooms, comfortable beds. Wifi was working well, which was a big plus for us, traveling with teenagers!
We really enjoyed our stay in Irvine and we are very pleased with this rental, we would absolutely recommended it to others!
Excellent rental. Everything in place from the beautiful roses in the front garden to the relaxing patio in the backyard .. Well equipped kitchen & cozy comfortable bedrooms.Definitely worth a return stay when I come back to Irvine.
My family and I recently rented this property while travelling out-of-town for a wedding. The actually townhouse itself is larger than what it appears in the pictures. Outside of ants within the kitchen (which the landlord informed us that we would be reimbursed if no Raid was available on the property) and the occasional spider, the unit itself was very clean and up kept. We did have to call the landlord again about broken lights within the master bathroom, and again they responded the same day by sending someone to correct this. The unit is located within a quieter subdivision and near a university, but this caused no problems for me or my family. It is centrally located and very close to the highway. From the airport to the house was less than 20 minutes! This unit was perfect for my family size of 4 people with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sidenote, there is not a murphy bed available- only a twin sized mattress within the closet. Overall, I was very pleased with this rental property and would rent again!
Excellent location, quiet and safe area. walking distance to groceries, shops, Cafes , kids playground , community pool and minutes from the beach. Fully furnished including WIFI internet. My family loved the place and definitely will recommend it to others and for sure will come back next year.
I was informed before we arrived that the place would be cleaned in the late afternoon, which was alright. The cleaning lady came about the time we arrived so we tried to explain to her what we wanted her to do, which she did. The place is located in a nice area and very quiet. The plants in the back patio were not watered (what a shame) so we watered them. The whole house smelled really bad because of the garbage disposal unit in the kitchen. That needs to be looked at. The garbage was not taken out in the garage so the garage smelled as well. The washing machine was VERY dirty inside the tub, so I cleaned that out and disinfected it. While there were a lot of towels, they were sub par. The wash clothes were pretty cheap ones. There was no king bed, just two queen beds. Otherwise it was a good place to stay.
Was a very lovely place to stay, but the other review was correct, there are no king beds in this condo and the "Murphy bed" is a rollaway kept in the closet of the second bedroom. A couple cleanliness concerns: the coffeepot was moldy (we didn't use it) and there was garbage in the cans in the garage. The smell in the garage was unbelievable when we arrived. Cleaning staff might want to be a little more careful. We had a little trouble getting the heat to turn on and the "after hours" number didn't answer. Fortunately we figured it out on our own. Couldn't get the fireplace to work either.
Terrific neighborhood, very quiet, beautiful park right across the street. Plenty of space for my family, very comfortable (other than squishing into the queen bed...) lots of towels and sheets and convenient laundry facilities in the garage. Next time I would be tempted to find a place that actually had a king bed, however.
