Fantastic for the kids!

This townhome was better than we could have wished for. It was ideal for the kids with the basement. We found ourselves having an adult happy hour after the beach daily- while the kids played in the finished basement. The furnishings are so beautiful, bed linens were such a plus so we didn't have to pack them and the beds were comfy! (we even slept in a few times rare occasion). The gas grill worked out perfectly we cooked out a few days. Restaurants to try- Oyster house in Rehoboth, Peruccis (need reservations). And Bethany Blues. We found ourselves dining at the community restaurant outside- what a view of the golf course and nice for the loud kids (or nice for others around us) We always found a seating at the outdoor pool, the indoor pool came in handy one day of rain. The beach shuttle was close enough to walk and we allowed the teenagers to go themselves to downtown. The community is spectacular for families. We couldn't have been happier and would recommend over and over... As a matter of fact we booked 2013 right after we left. See you then. Kim and David Win
