East Chop waterfront cottage on Oak Bluffs Harbor with small private beach & outrageous View!!. Short 4 minute walk to the barrier beach for ocean swimming (can be seen from the house) Every room has waterview, except baths! You will have front row seats to view all the fun on Oak Bluffs Harbor! The views & location are simply spectacular! You can come w/ or w/o a car because it is close to everything - ferries, auto/bike rentals, cabs, public trans. Oak Bluffs is the center of action on MV. Nightlife, fine or family dining, bars, dancing, beaches, parks, movies, boat rentals, charter fishing, liquor store, grocery store, library are all a short walk away. This is a rare opportunity to rent a home in this location because it is 1 of only 10 homes on the harbor & most are private! We are long time (25 yrs) business owners in town, & have lived here most of our lives & will do everything we can to make your stay enjoyable. We are available to answer questions & take care of the home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is tastefully and beautifully decorated -comfortable and tranquil. All the amenities are there. It is a comfortable walking distance to Oak Bluffs. The view is serene. The owners were extremely accommodating.
Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. We will definitely be back.

The location was ideal, close to the beach, incredible views, yet a short walk from town. The house was immaculate and owners could not have been more helpful. Would certainly recommend and would love to stay in this property again.
