This three bedroom, two bath Cape style house was recently renovated and furnished with 'Pottery Barn' and Maine cottage style decor and sleeps six very comfortably. There is a total of seven rooms with approximately 1800 s.f. of living area. The master bedroom (queen bed) and one bath (stall shower) are located on the first floor. There is a family room/TV room off of the eat-in kitchen with direct access to the front porch. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and electric stove. The living room has a fireplace and there is a dining room as well. Upstairs, there are two additional large size bedrooms, each with twin beds, as well as the newly remodeled second bathroom (tub/shower). Hardwood floors throughout. There is a washer and a dryer, an outdoor shower, Weber gas grill, cable TV, DVD player and VCR. There is high speed wireless internet access. All blankets, pillows, bath towels and linens are provided.

Beautiful Ogunquit Beach is just a short walk from the house. Park is located behind the house. Main shops and restaurants are located steps from the house. Leave your car in the driveway and enjoy! Movie theater, local markets, Ogunquit Playhouse, Galleries and Art Museum are all nearby. The famous 'Marginal Way' walk along the rocky cliffs on the ocean is steps from the house. Perkins Cove shops and restaurants await you. Deep sea fishing, boat rides, horseback riding, municipal tennis courts are within the area. Trolley picks up and drops off at the end of the Street. Kittery shopping mall outlets are just South of Ogunquit as well as Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Just to the North is Kennebunkport and Portland, Maine. Numerous antique stores are in the area. Golf, miniature golf, kayaking and biking are additional activities in the vicinity.

The yard is large and flat and the private yard abuts a beautiful park. From the front of the house, one can see all the way to the ocean. The house is located in the center of town at 79 Cottage Street. Cottage Street is directly off of Shore Road where there is great shopping, galleries, and fabulous restaurants. Leave your car in the driveway, (which holds 4 cars), you won't need it. It is only a short walk (5-10 minutes) to the main beach, the famous Marginal Way and Perkins Cove. Ogunquit Beach is a three mile stretch of beautiful white sand. Many people enjoy using the towns open air Trolleys, which runs April through October.
