Apartment-house, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room bainall

Part of the tourist complex TENBEL in Costa del Silencio, our house is located on private property, palm trees, bougainvillea and flamboyant, fifty private houses all white.

Green and orange parrot nest there, in full freedom and all stolen, at all hours of the day and especially at first light.

In the first line, our residence is called Bellavista, which as its name suggests 'Bellevue', enjoys exceptional views of the sea and the pleasure boats which traverses. It is quiet and safe (for input only a car and a pedestrian door code security code you allow). With some Canarian owners, it is mainly inhabited by German foreign, French, but the majority are Belgian hence the name of the area where it is TENBEL (Tenerife, Belgium during the construction of the resort to the Belgian in particular)

Our house of 110m2 named 'la casa creativa' is offered to the sun all day from 11:00 am and allows to 18-19h at the cocktail hour, beautiful and amazing orange variants sunsets pink through a gorgeous purple color.

It is spacious and bright and all rooms overlook the large garden and terrace, also of 110m2, and offers you the opportunity to soak up the sun and lunches or dinners for a barbecue

The lounge-dining area is modern and furnished with elegant and sober way. Artistic and unique pieces are arranged on the floor (wood carvings) or on the walls (paint abstract paintings, large format works of the painter Philippe Leroy) to allow you to appreciate the original creativity of the place.

The living room has a sofa bed which allows a comfortable bed. TV satellite dish equipped with a decoder screen allows French and foreign channels for longer stays. WiFi internet access safe and insured.

The dining room table invites to 6 comfortably seated guests. At your disposal also in the living room, a corner office for mail and computer.

The open kitchen all white, bright, facing the garden is fully equipped with appliances (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cutlery, table linen, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, machine wash clothes in a small in the garden near the outdoor shower garden ...)

The bathroom, pretty and practical, has a large storage cabinet with drawers that provides everything you need towels, even beach towels.

A report, the bathtub 'hipster' floor with easy access for the elderly or the disabled.

The 2 bedrooms are spacious and bright.

The largest given by a large window on the garden, and in addition to a large bed 2 people, a single bed.

To ensure the safety of the living room there is a remote control electric curtain.

Finally, on the garden terrace for hot weather a large ceiling fan of the show and especially an electric awning and remote control guarantees the shade you want.

To describe the surroundings and allow you to be outside of the property, it is important that you know only a few steps from the house you will find a beautiful beach promenade adjacent Bellavista and bravest large staircase descending the cliff allows you to dive a fitted platform for this purpose.

Walking a little further, about fifty meters you come upon a small dune where you surplomblez immense and sublime seawater swimming pool carved into the rock (one of the largest in Europe) to which you can access for the modest sum of € 5 because it is part of the Alborada resort.

Still walking on some 100m you arrive in our village Las Galletas, a small fishing harbor, which invite you early in the morning, at the auction, up lunch for purchase on their stalls of their fish costs.

Marina del Sur invites you to discover many fish restaurants along the beach promenade, boat trips on catamarans excursion to see the whales and dolphins and a long sandy beach but black, feature of the island.

Diving club offers to introduce you to the pleasure submarine or make interesting outings if you are already seasoned.

Downtown Las Galletas also offers many shops of all kinds, supermarkets and shopping centers, play areas for children and a church for those who want to go to mass.

The Spaniards are Catholics.

On the days you want to see more of the world and blend into urban activity and tourism, Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas you expect a 1/4 hour drive from the house, to offer you countless restaurant kitchens of all nationalities and overnight multiple musical scene: the piano bar, disco and techno jazz or chill-out or salsa, without forgetting flamenco scene.

It is of course recommended to rent a car, the prices are very affordable to rent upon arrival at the airport in South Reina Sofia (located 15 minutes from Bellavista) or in town.

So you can discover the island and its many excursions to do alone or in groups: Mount Teide classified heritage, Masca the oldest village of the island, Los Gigantes and incredible cliffs, Playa San Juan and its beaches, Puerto Colon and pleasure boats, Guimar its fishing port and its Pyramids, Candelaria cathedral and its huge statues of the Guanche, Santa Cruz, the capital, La Laguna intellectual, Icod de los Vinos and its millennium Drago tree,

Puerto de la Cruz in the north, Vilaflor the highest village of the island and many other things ,,,,,,

If you opt for a more peaceful vacation, or if you do not want to rent a car, bus stops and taxi stations, 5 minutes walk from the house will drop you where you want.

Ottima soluzione!!

Ottima soluzione, casa ordinata, grande e con tutte le necessità! Ha un patio magnifico in cui poter fare colazione e godere della luce del tramonto, un' atmosfera meravigliosa! La costa del silencio è magnifica e caratteristica. I proprietari, Philippe e Kheira, sono gentilissimi ci hanno dato molti consigli utili sulla zona. In generale un'esperienza molto positiva che vorremmo ripetere e consigliare agli amici!

L'appartement est tout simplement parfait, agréable à vivre, lumineux, spacieux et décoré avec soin.

C'est un excellent point de chute pour visiter le sud de Ténérife.

Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés...

L'ÉDEN

Au-delà de notre attente, encore plus beaux que sur les photos, L'appartement est parfait, très bien équipé et avec goût. Idéalement situer les commerces et restaurants sont proches ainsi qu'une piscine d'eau de mer magnifique.

On a vraiment eu du mal à quitter l'appartement, malgré y avoir passé 3 semaines.

Les propriétaires qui occupent celui du dessus sont très accueillant et nous on fait gagner du temps avec leurs précieux conseils.

(Au revoir les perroquets et a très vite...)

À recommander sans hésitation.

Location à recommander absolument

Très bel appartement, très fonctionnel, arrangé avec goût. Rien ne manque dans cette location. La terrasse est très agréable pour faire un brin de sieste au soleil après une journée de visite. Mais le plus important : on n'a pas l'impression en arrivant d'êtres ans une location impersonnelle mais de revenir chez des amis dans un lieu qui devient de suite familier. Enfin il faut saluer l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui n'ont qu'une envie, vous faire partager leur amour de leur île.
