This incredible newer home has all the luxuries you could want while vacationing on Hilton Head Island! The kitchen is fully equipped with four bar stools and is open to the dining room with a large table, seating up to twelve. The adjoining living room is furnished with a sofa, two chairs with ottomans, additional chair, TV, VCR, DVD player, stereo with CD player, and decorative fireplace. Doors lead to the back pool deck area. A bath/shower is located off the living area and can also be accessed from pool area. All 5 bedrooms have private baths, a chair, TV, and DVD player. The first level has 1 King bedroom with doors to private balcony as does one upper level bedroom .

House Layout: From the living area, a door leads to the back pool deck area. A bathroom is located off the living area with a shower only (can also be accessed from pool area). A king bedroom off the entry way has a chair, TV, DVD player, and slider to private porch. A private bathroom has a jetted tub and separate glass shower. Eighteen steps lead to the second floor. A king bedroom is located to the left of the stairs with a king bed, chair, TV, DVD player and slider to a private porch. A private bathroom has a jetted tub and separate glass shower. A twin bedroom has a trundle bed with two twin beds, two single sleepers, TV, VCR, and DVD player. A private bathroom has tub and shower combination. To the right of the stairs are two additional bedrooms. The first has two queen beds, TV, DVD player, and private bathroom with tub and shower combination. The fifth bedroom has a king bed, chair, TV, DVD player, and private bath with tub and shower combination.

House Layout Continues: The back deck area has a pool and detached portable jacuzzi, four lounge chairs, and six additional chairs for lounging. Fifteen steps lead down a spiral staircase to a game room. The gameroom is equipped with a ping pong table and foosball table. The game room is screened in on the front and also has access from the kitchen area. This wonderful Hilton Head Island home is the ideal spot for your next family vacation! *Pool and jacuzzi can be heated for an additional fee.

Thanks again Dawn for a great rental home. This house has everything and is beautifully decorated. We would love to rent it again. We had a great vacation and the girls loved the beach and the pool and biking in the afternoon to the Coligny Plaza.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great, really close to the beach, and all the stuff at Coligny. It was spacious, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the place!

This property is VERY nice...nicer than the website would indicate. Pool is average but house itself is great. Great location, too. The only thing I would suggest is that the owners uy some beach chairs for renters to use. We bought one and left it there.

We can't wait for our second trip to 14 Gannet! Last year was so much fun. The house had everything we needed, was so close and convenient to the beach and to Coligny. We traveled with another family of 4, and the house was more than spacious for the 8 of us to enjoy. The preschoolers and the adults all had a great time. We're headed back this year for 2 weeks, and are counting down the days! Thanks for the great service!
