Over sized 2000 square foot-3 bedroom condo sitting on the white sands of Newfound Lake. Lower level unit with 5 steps up to beautiful patio and sandy beach. Great location for swimming, boating, and outdoor enjoyment. Just 15 minutes off interstate 93. Ideal for 2 families to share the expenses and be right on the beach. A separate TV room/game room for the kids. If you would like to see the condo-just call to set up a time. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Great location with private beach. Also, public beach within walking distance. Walk to Shacketts market and seafood stand. Several great restaurants and ice cream stands close by. Within 1/2 hour to Polar Caves, sculptured rocks, Wellington State Park, and Weirs beach/fun spot to name a few.
