Overlooking a beautiful lake with a fountain the villa is situated on the quiet and welcoming gated Briarwood estate, allowing access to residents and authorised visitors only. Our home is furnished to a very high standard with luxury being paramount and no expense spared. The large 28ft x 14ft heated pool is south facing with a large sun terrace. There is a recreational area for the exclusive use of the Briarwood residents and guests, with 2 larger pools for the serious swimmer plus 2 tennis courts a clubhouse, a driving range and a children's play area. A Publix hypermarket is only a 2 minute drive away, with only a 5 minute drive to the white sandy Gulf Coast beaches of Naples, chic shops and lovely waterfront restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets in Olde Naples. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and large walk in shower. The bedroom has access to the pool area through patio doors with views over the lake.

Unofficial 'Golf Capital of the World' with 50 easily accessible courses, its sweeping Gulf beaches are just a stone's throw from the Everglades. The main attraction downtown is in Old Naples and along 5th Ave South, where a collection of shops, restaurants and cafes lie in wait. To the south is the fabulous Marco Island and to the north is the beautiful islands of Sanibel and Captiva which are famous for their shells.

The 2nd bedroom with views of the lake and fountain has a king size bed, en-suite walk in shower. It has access to the pool area through patio doors. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds with the 4th bedroom having 2 double beds. Both the 3rd and 4th bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom/shower. The light and airy lounge has a four panel sliding patio door which opens onto the pool area. All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for child safety. The villa is ideal for couples or two families. Two sets of golf clubs are supplied for the use of guests who want to take advantage of one of the many outstanding courses around Naples.
