An exciting 4 bedroom year-round home. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, a full bath, and separate laundry room. The second floor is the major living area. It consists of a large cathedral ceilinged living room with paddle fan and an outside deck. There is also a 20 ft long windowed, wood-paneled den complete with bumper pool table. There is a dining room that accommodates 10 and a fully equipped kitchen. The 3rd floor contains a master bedroom with full bath and sliding glass doors to a separate deck. The house is 1/3 of a mile from the water and 1 mile from Edgartown. Our boat dock is located 1/2 a mile from the house.
