This is a year-round Cape Cod-style house located one mile from the center of Edgartown with its many shops and restaurants. The house consists of a spacious cathedral ceilinged living room with paddle fan; an open dining area with sliding glass doors to a screened-in porch with white wicker furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, full bath, enclosed laundry area, master bedroom and two other bedrooms. There are large contemporary windows, new hardwood floors and an outside deck. You are 1/3 mile from the water and 1/2 mile from our boat dock. Chappaquiddick offers miles of unspoiled beaches as well as golf, biking, fishing, and boating.
