This beautiful vacation lake house, decorated in Adirondack motif, is nestled in a forest of magnificent tall pines and overlooks your 157 feet of private shoreline and beach. At the dock is your own pontoon boat ready for you to have the ultimate vacation experience. This is your gateway to to fun and adventure in the Adirondacks!
The protected cove offers a gently sloping beach area excellent for swimming and wading. You can relax in your lawn chairs on the large dock while you watch the activities on the lake. The pontoon boat is only $495 per week and is well worth it!! It’s a great way to take your entire group on an adventure while enjoying the beautiful waters of the Great Sacandaga. Cruise to see the Conklingville Dam, discover an island, or just anchor at one of the many secluded coves and relax while the kids swim, snorkel, or fish directly from the boat. Enjoy cruising to one of the lakeside restaurants or dock at a country store.
Boating on Great Sacandaga: Our Lake House is on 157 feet of protected shoreline on Great Sacandaga Lake. The lake is 30 miles long so there is plenty of room for boating, waterskiing, fishing or just relaxing on this pristine Adirondack Lake. Guests that prefer to stay on shore can enjoy relaxing on the dock while watching the activities on the lake.
We now offer a pontoon boat: We now offer an 18 foot pontoon boat for enjoying your vacation on Great Sacandaga Lake. It is a great way to take your whole group out on the lake and safely enjoy the adventure. The boat is easy to operate and would be tied at the dock fully equiped waiting for your arrival. We offer a short instruction course and the individuals that want to be certified as drivers take a short written test before being certified. We will certify two operators 21 years of age that are staying at the camp. The boat cost is $495 for the week.

Boating, kayaking, water skiing and canoeing from a private cove on a large lake. Restaurants, gift shops, and small quaint stores are accessible by water or by car. Discover one of the many islands. Just relax in the sun on the floating deck. Have a family bonfire on the shore. Cookout in the forest overlooking the lake. Fishing: This Adirondack lake is well-stocked with rainbow trout, has one of the largest walleye populations in the northeast, and has broken numerous New York state records for northern pike. Also, a favored bass tournament location.
Hiking: There are a multitude of hiking trails professionally maintained by the State of NY. These offer excellent views of the majestic Adirondacks and the Sacandaga valley. Two local trails lead up mountains with fire towers to climb.
